we had the standard room it was lovely modern. there was an absolutely stunning view of garden. location: the hotel was near the way up to the volcano and the local shops.

Particularly good location close to the best beach on Vulcano, in the lovely area. Spacious double room with seating area outside, views of the grounds and bidet. Extra care from the great and absolutely perfect staff...

The services are friendly, including an excellent pool. The room is neat and includes a large bathroom. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating and you can park your car on site.

Large breakfast and other services were EXCELLENT. Also, location was peaceful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were average.

The room was absolutely fantastic and the bathroom was clean, equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. the location was marvelous and close to the beach, Vulcano, and the best breakfast buffet. the staff were very good and accommodating. the hotel is conveniently located near attractions and the busier port near the Gran Cratere.

Really fantastic designed and maintained complex. Every detail is cared for here by the siblings with great love. We had the top suite. Heavenly. Also the dinner was very good. Breakfast for us rather a bit "too sweet" but opulent for Italian standards

The staff here were super friendly and always willing to help out. the hotel was cozy and located in a quiet spot close to the best beach on the island 🏖️. Plus, it was conveniently near the port area, which was handy.

The suite was very nice and had an extra large balcony. The bathroom was also very attractive and above all clean. The furnishing of the room was modern and we felt comfortable. We even got a welcome drink.

Room was very clean, staff were fantastic, pool area was great. Dinner and wine were good value.

Air conditioner made weird noises at night sometimes.

The way to the black beach was blocked by the Hotel Marie Süd
